The PPH Project is dedicated to tackling the global issue of postpartum hemorrhage, a leading cause of maternal mortality and morbidity.
The PPH Foundation, in partnership with the Kenya Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society (KOGS), organized several sessions of sensitisation on 28th September 2025 to educate the communities on PPH. The sessions were part of the activities undertaken during the Regional PPH Run, 2025. Regional Runs were characterised by organized sensitization sessions on maternal health. The facilitators emphasised the need to attend Antenatal Clinics, prediction and prevention of Postpartum haemorrhage.
