CALLING MEN TO ACTION IN THE FIGHT AGAINST POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE

Activity Description

The EPPH-i is continually calling on men to be actively involved in the fight against postpartum haemorrhage. Men’s voices are powerful advocacy tools in the fight against PPH.  Mr Victor Ambula, a widower of PPH victim came out again on August 11, 2025 through CITIZEN Digital in an article entitled “Tearful joy or joyful tear? When a baby’s first cry marks a mother’s last breath.” In this moving story, Victor narrates his lived experience since his wife died of PPH two (2) years ago. This should excite men into PPH advocacy action. Thinking about it, PPH is a men’s issue, they caused the lethal pregnancy anyway! Men should arise and fight for mothers.
