The PPH Project is dedicated to tackling the global issue of postpartum hemorrhage, a leading cause of maternal mortality and morbidity.
The Religious sector in Kenya has joined the PPH Foundation, University of Nairobi, Kenya Obstetrical and Gynecological Society; Midwives Association of Kenya, in the fight against PPH. The collaboration was cemented during a well-attended KOGS-Religious sector caucus meeting held at Pan Afric hotel in Nairobi on 27th March, 2025. The meeting brought together Christian Health Association of Kenya, various Christian, Muslim and Hindu leaders from Nairobi and its environs. The partners resolved to mount a joint concerted fight against PPH, and to mobilize participants for the PPH Run, 2025.
