The PPH Foundation initiated a coalition of partners on August 22, 2025, to spearhead the Roaming Blood Acquisition Scheme. The partners comprised Kenya Red Cross Society, Eldon Biologicals A/S, Kenya Tissue and Transplant Services, County Government of Nairobi, Kenya Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society, Midwives Association of Kenya and the University of Nairobi. These partners consolidated the resources, infrastructure and facilities to ensure a successful pilot phase.
